CalmyPalmy collects nothing. There are no accounts to create, no names or email addresses requested, no geolocation access, and no analytics running in the background. The moods you log on the Kinetic Mood Sphere, the words you seal into a Thought Capsule, and the pauses you complete through the Random Pause Generator exist only as data your own device holds — we never see any of it, and we never ask for it.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, aggregated, or sold. Every feature — the mood sphere, the stress-relief animations, the pause prompts, and the emotional insight charts — is calculated and rendered entirely on-device, in real time, without ever phoning home.
Any information CalmyPalmy generates — your mood history, saved insights, or in-progress capsules — is stored locally in the app's private storage on your device only. There is no cloud sync, no remote database, and no transmission of this data to any server, ours or anyone else's.
CalmyPalmy contains no third-party analytics libraries, no advertising networks, no tracking pixels, and no external SDKs of any kind. The app doesn't know you're using it, and neither does anyone else.
Because your information never leaves your device, there is no server-side breach surface to worry about. Security is inherited from your device's own operating system protections, and CalmyPalmy is built to minimize any external interaction that could introduce risk.
CalmyPalmy does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data collection occurs for any user, the app is compliant in spirit and practice with COPPA's core protections.
You are always in full control of your on-device data. Deleting the app deletes everything it ever held — there are no accounts to close and no backups sitting on our servers, because none exist. What's on your phone is yours alone.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new features or clarify existing language. Whenever we do, the Effective Date at the top of this page will change so you can see at a glance when it was last revised.
